Having associated with few of the top Audit firms in India, he has rich experience in various areas of professional practice comprising of Audit & Assurance Services. 

His passion for Audit has lead him to expertise in Statutory, Internal, Transfer Pricing, Tax and Trust Audits. He has been successful in serving few Listed Companies and other large scale Public & Private Limited Companies. 

His expertise also includes extensive experience in matters relating to Corporate laws, Income-tax and GST and Transfer Pricing.

CA Kinjal Shah has a strong advisory, auditing and consulting experience, leading teams in a professional, diverse and multi-cultural environment. Her experience is across industries which includes retail, stock broking, textiles, chemicals and manufacturing. 

Further she has cleared her NISM Series III A (Securities Intermediaries Compliance) Certification Examination thereby authorising her to conduct Internal Audits for the stock brokers and other intermediaries.

CA Veer Sakariya is a Chartered Accountant in professional practice since 2018, specialising in statutory audits, internal audits, internal financial controls (IFC) testing and reporting,  IPO-related audits and regulatory support and IND AS advisory and consultation.

He has been associated with one of the leading audit firms in India, gaining experience in handling audit and assurance engagements for large corporate houses and listed companies.
